Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve assigned sales targets for each account.Track sales and stock performance through weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly reports.Collect feedback from stores to build a clear understanding of market dynamics.Conduct regular store and market visits across the region to identify weaknesses and opportunities, and provide detailed reports.Engage with store-level sales teams to gather insights that can enhance brand performance.Motivate and support sales staff, propose incentive schemes, and encourage best practices.Ensure full compliance with visual merchandising guidelines and suggest adjustments where necessary.Coordinate closely with the marketing team to ensure A&P activities are executed in line with quarterly plans.Support marketing initiatives by managing in-store activations, updating visuals, and ensuring timely execution.Assist in the planning and execution of brand events and product launches.Prepare and deliver regular sales training sessions for regional partners to ensure staff are up to date on brand and product knowledge.Monitor competition by tracking promotional activities, new product launches, and overall performance.Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and best practices.Perform other related duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelors degree in a relevant discipline.Minimum of 5 years experience in watches, accessories, or a similar field.Valid UAE driving license.Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.Strong proficiency in MS Office.Solid knowledge of sales and retail operations.Familiarity with GCC markets is a plus.Ability to travel across the region without restrictions, with travel requirements of up to 50%.#J-18808-Ljbffr
