Brand Manager

Major ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute brand strategies to establish and grow dealerships in the UAE.Maintain brand guidelines aligned with the manufacturer to ensure consistent messaging and showroom branding.Serve as the liaison between dealership and manufacturer adapting global brand direction to local market needs.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer preferences particularly for EV adoption.Coordinate the launch of new EV models through planning and organizing showroom activities and events.Collaborate with sales after-sales and finance teams to align brand initiatives with dealership goals.Monitor entire lead generation progress on all platforms of digital and social media efforts to support brand presence and lead conversions.Designing and executing comprehensive sales campaigns with a strategic focus on continuously monitoring and analysing competitors’ sales activities and initiatives to ensure a competitive advantage in the market.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.3–5 years of experience in brand management or marketing preferably in automotive or EV sector.Proven track record of launching new automotive brands/models and executing successful campaigns.knowledge of EV market trends and Chinese automotive brands would be an advantage.Experience managing budgets ROI and dealership marketing activities.Excellent communication stakeholder management and presentation skills.Proficiency in English; Arabic and other languages would be an added advantage.Note: Applicants must have UAE experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
