Each concept is a testament to our commitment to innovative experiences,</p><h3>Job Purpose</h3><p>Lead and develop the brand strategy for food products to enhance brand awareness, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ol><li>Develop and implement brand strategies in line with company objectives.</li><li>Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer behavior in the food sector.</li><li>Manage marketing and advertising campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.</li><li>Support new product development and provide recommendations based on market research.</li><li>Track brand performance in terms of sales and market share.</li><li>Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal use of resources.</li><li>Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure products meet customer expectations.</li><li>Build strong relationships with agents, partners, and suppliers to ensure effective product promotion.</li></ol><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3–5 years of brand management experience, preferably in the food sector.</li><li>Strong strategic planning and marketing analysis skills.</li><li>Excellent leadership and organizational abilities, capable of managing cross‑functional teams.</li><li>Knowledge of market trends and consumer needs in the food industry.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and achieve objectives in a dynamic environment.</li></ul><h3>Personal Skills</h3><ul><li>Creative thinking and innovation skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation abilities.</li><li>Analytical skills and data‑driven decision‑making.</li><li>Passion for the food sector and deep understanding of consumer trends.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
