Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Brand Manager to lead the marketing and commercial strategy for our Dairy categories. The ideal candidate will drive brand performance, oversee portfolio growth, and manage marketing execution across retail and foodservice channels.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute brand strategies to achieve growth, market share, and profitability targetsManage product portfolio performance, pricing, and positioning across the dairy categoriesPlan and implement annual marketing calendars, promotions, and trade marketing activitiesConduct market analysis and track consumer insights, sales trends, and competitor activitiesLead new product launches and packaging development with cross-functional teamsManage relationships with suppliers, distributors, and retail partners to ensure brand visibility and availabilityCoordinate with sales teams to develop channel-specific plans for retail, modern trade, and HORECAMonitor marketing budgets, campaign ROI, and category P&L performanceSupport forecasting and demand planning through close collaboration with supply chain and commercial teamsEnsure all branding and communications align with corporate guidelines and product positioningRequirementsBachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred)5 -8 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG or food industryExperience managing Dairy categories is a strong advantageStrong analytical, strategic, and commercial acumenExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Nielsen or similar market data tools#J-18808-Ljbffr
