Job Description

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Brand Manager (Watches) to lead and strengthen brand presence within the luxury / retail market. The role involves managing brand positioning, executing marketing strategies, and driving brand growth across online and offline channels in the GCC / Middle East market.Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall brand positioning, identity, and brand guidelines across all platformsPlan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns (online & offline)Lead product launches, brand activations, and retail campaignsEnsure consistency in communication, packaging, advertising, and visual identityMonitor brand performance, market trends, and competitor activitiesCoordinate with sales, design, digital teams, and external agenciesAnalyze campaign performance and prepare reports and insightsManage brand budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing activitiesDrive brand awareness and customer engagement within the luxury watch segmentQualifications & ExperienceBachelor1s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldProven experience as a Brand Manager or similar roleExperience in retail, luxury, or FMCG sectors (watches/jewelry preferred)Strong knowledge of the GCC / Middle East marketSolid understanding of branding, marketing strategies, and consumer behaviorExperience managing multi-channel marketing campaignsSkillsStrong brand management and brand strategy skillsExperience in luxury, retail, watches, or FMCG brandingExcellent understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamicsAbility to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline)Strong knowledge of GCC / Middle East markets and cultural nuancesExperience in product launches, brand activations, and retail marketingProficiency in coordinating with sales, design, digital teams, and external agenciesStrong analytical skills to track brand performance and campaign ROIBudget management and cost-effective marketing planningExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsCreative thinking with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
