Our client, a leading international premium spirits group, is looking for a commercially driven Brand Development Manager to accelerate growth in the UAE.This is a high-impact, on-trade focused role where you will drive distribution, win new accounts, and deliver standout brand activations across bars, restaurants, hotels, and clubs.If you thrive in the fast-paced hospitality scene and know how to get brands visible, listed, and selling — this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesDistribution & ExpansionSegment and prioritize on-trade outlets aligned to brand strategyIdentify, approach, and secure new on-trade accountsSupport perfect store negotiations with venue ownersDrive full portfolio penetration with focus on aperitif categoryTrack KPIs for distribution growth through audits and reportingBrand ActivationPlan and execute high-impact activation strategiesPartner with venues on campaigns and eventsMonitor activation KPIs and ROISecure premium visibility (menus, back bars, POSM, promotions)Relationship ManagementBuild strong partnerships with F&B leaders and hospitality stakeholdersCollaborate closely with local distribution partnerDeliver bartender and BA training programsProvide hands‑on support to on‑trade partnersMonitor consumer trends and competitor activity in UAE on tradeProvide actionable insights to internal teamsBenchmark performance vs. competitorsUse data to optimize route‑to‑market and activation plansExperience & EducationBachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field2–3 years' experience in sales, business development, or trade marketing within beverage/alcohol (spirits preferred)Strong knowledge of UAE on‑trade landscapeDemonstrated commercial growth and activation successProven negotiation and relationship‑building skillsEntrepreneurial, proactive, and able to work independentlyRequired SkillsExcellent communication and influencing skillsStrong time and priority managementHands‑on problem solver with project management capabilityStrong stakeholder management across all levelsTeam player with opportunity‑spotting mindset#J-18808-Ljbffr
