<div><h3>Main Responsibilities</h3><p>Strategic responsibilities include deepening client relationships, identifying business opportunities, leading the sales team, demonstrating sales leadership, motivating the team, and implementing business development plans.</p><h3>Sales</h3><ul><li>Deepen the relationship with our clients to achieve sales plan and drive lifetime loyalty and spend.</li><li>Identify business opportunities and implement actions to consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual store sales plan.</li><li>Direct sales team to drive client development activity and cultivate new and existing clients.</li><li>Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor and managing clients relationships personally.</li><li>Manage and motivate the team to drive business through key product pillars.</li><li>Implement a business development action plan, based on the building of a solid network of corporate partners and business bringers.</li></ul><h3>Service</h3><ul><li>Elevate the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments.</li><li>Lead, model and coach.</li><li>Ensure continuous guest experience management presence on the sales floor, coaching the team according to the Alaia selling ceremony.</li><li>Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.</li><li>Take action to improve client service – before, during and after sales.</li></ul><h3>Talent</h3><ul><li>Elevate and hire talent to ensure a winning team and create a best-in-class service and selling organization.</li><li>Develop and execute a talent action plan for the store.</li><li>Accurately assess capabilities and build robust development plans to grow talent at all levels and assist career growth.</li><li>Continuously encourage, coach, provide qualitative feedback, utilizing reward, and recognition as well as performance management process to improve team engagement and performance.</li></ul><h3>CRM and Market</h3><ul><li>Clienteling</li><li>Responsible for driving the instore focus from walk-in in customer business to proactive outreach and meaningful client relationship building. Build store’s client development strategy and support team in development of their own client development strategies.</li><li>Competitor market awareness</li><li>Monitor the luxury fashion local market performance, including product, price, and competitors activities and make suggestions to improve and enhance store performance.</li><li>Market events and initiatives</li><li>Develop a holistic marketplace strategy, identifying and recommending key partners to accelerate future growth and develop new relationships.</li><li>Actively participate in local events to build network and engage team in attending events as well.</li></ul><h3>Operations</h3><ul><li>Act as the boutique liaison with Corporate Departments and Richemont Shared Services as needed.</li><li>Act as Finance liaison in relation to regional vendor/invoicing management (PO/MIGO management) as well as any reports on boutique activity needed as per local regulations.</li><li>Propose and develop streamlined and cost-effective external vendor relationships.</li><li>Consolidate and consolidate new/recurring IT challenges.</li><li>Manage the Back of House operations (including Stockroom and Repairs) and all related policies and processes such as deliveries (potentially overnight), transfers, inventory, etc.</li></ul><h3>Profile</h3><p>As a role model for the team, the Boutique Manager is a strong and collaborative leader who builds a climate of service excellence and leads the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences.</p><p>The Boutique Manager is a dynamic and inspiring leader who embodies Alaia values.</p><ul><li>4+ years experience in a luxury retail environment.</li><li>Proven record of attaining target.</li><li>Managerial experience.</li><li>Existing network and client base in local area.</li><li>Ability to think strategically and put in place the proper business action plan.</li><li>Bold sense of initiative.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
