Job Description

Overview As a Boeing 787 Captain, you will lead a motivated and collaborative crew, ensuring the highest standards of safety, airmanship, and operational excellence. You will champion SOP compliance, effective CRM, and an exceptional guest experience across our global network. Responsibilities Command Boeing 787 Dreamliner operations within our expanding network. Uphold the highest safety and professionalism standards in all phases of flight. Model outstanding leadership, CRM, and decision-making on the flight deck. Contribute to a performance-driven, training-focused culture. Experience and qualifications Total time: Minimum 6,000 hours on multi-crew, multi-engine aircraft. PIC (command): Minimum 2,000 hours of recent command on widebody aircraft (preferably Boeing 787 or 777). Multi-engine time: 6,000+ hours. Turbine/time: 6,000+ hours; only time in the operating seat of turbine aircraft is considered. Recency: At least 150 hours in command within the last 12 months prior to joining.
