Boatswain for Maritime Operations in El-Fujairah, UAEWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Boatswain to join our team for maritime operations in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Boatswain, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of the vessel, as well as supervising the deck crew. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in a similar role.Responsibilities:- Maintain and operate all deck equipment on board the vessel- Ensure safe navigation and maneuvering of the vessel- Supervise and train deck crew members- Perform routine maintenance tasks on board- Follow all safety protocols and proceduresRequirements:- Previous experience as a Boatswain or similar role in maritime operations- Knowledge of vessel navigation and safety regulations- Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively- Strong communication skills- Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditionsThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in maritime operations to join a dynamic team.
