OverviewWe are hiring experienced Block and Plaster Masons to join our civil works team in Dubai. The selected candidates will be responsible for performing block laying cement plastering and masonry finishing on residential commercial and industrial sites. Prior UAE experience and immediate availability are highly preferred.ResponsibilitiesLay concrete blocks and bricks accurately with appropriate leveling and alignmentApply cement sand and gypsum plaster for both internal and external wallsPrepare surfaces by cleaning leveling and priming before plasteringPerform patch repairs rendering and wall finishing as requiredUse masonry tools such as trowels spirit levels and mixers effectivelyWork closely with supervisors and site engineers to meet construction targetsMaintain cleanliness and safety at the job siteJob RequirementsMinimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a mason (block and plaster work)Strong experience in block laying cement plastering and surface finishingVisit visa holders will not be consideredAbility to read and understand site instructions or basic drawings is a plusPhysically fit and able to perform manual labor in outdoor conditionsAble to work independently or in teamsImmediate joining preferredBenefitsCompany provided accommodationTransportation to and from siteOvertime pay (if applicable)Annual leave as per UAE labor lawMedical insuranceEmployment visa provided upon selectionSafe and compliant working environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
