About the job Biomedical Engineering AdministrativeDegree/Diploma in Finance Accounting or equivalent. Must have extensive knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable role.Reports to Bio-Medical Engineering Manager and Head of Bio-Medical Engineering Projects daily.Accurately performs all administrative and clerical tasks assigned to them. Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information, establishing entry priorities.Monitor and coordinate with Vendors for invoices of completed works such as delivery, installation and final acceptance related to Bio-Medical Engineering Department.Constant follow-ups to Vendors and diligently verify all relevant documents as per Final Acceptance Checklist, are in order and complete before submitting to Bio-Medical Engineers for signatory and approval prior to invoice processing.Review receiving documents against Purchase Order/Contract and scrutinize them for all details.Must be able to make presentations in PDF, PowerPoint or other formats regarding new Health Center projects, tender status, existing and new equipment delivery, installation, maintenance, service contracts, KPIs and other important matters to higher management as needed by the Head of Bio-Medical Engineering.Coordinates to the CMMS Administrator and record detailed documents on all related concerns regarding new and existing equipment history and inventory, PPM, maintenance. Submits reports as needed.Closely monitor and coordinate with Vendors timely execution of works such as deliveries, installations, end-user trainings and invoice submissions and submit reports to head of biomedical engineering projects monthly review and approval.Closely monitor and track status of all Tenders, RFQs, Purchase Orders and Contracts to ensure target delivery and completion timelines are achieved and submit monthly reports to the Head of Bio-Medical Engineering Projects for review and approval.Monitor and constant follow-ups with Vendors for all pending invoices of completed works such as delivery, installation and final acceptance related to Bio-Medical Engineering Department.Must be excellent in MS Office Tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.#J-18808-Ljbffr
