BIM Technician III

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Technician III to join our innovative team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for performing advanced technical work utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to support our projects.Lead the development and implementation of BIM models for complex construction projectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient BIM integrationManage and coordinate BIM-related aspects of projects including timelines and deliverablesAnalyze and resolve technical issues related to BIM implementationTrain and supervise junior BIM technicians overseeing workflow and quality controlDevelop and maintain BIM standards templates and best practicesParticipate in client meetings to present BIM solutions and address technical queriesStay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trendsEnsure compliance with local building codes and regulations in the UAEQualifications : Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in BIM technology and advanced technical workProficiency in BIM software such as Revit AutoCAD and other relevant toolsStrong knowledge of construction processes building systems and industry standardsExcellent 3D modeling and visualization skillsDemonstrated ability to manage projects and lead teamsBachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field (preferred)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced collaborative environmentFamiliarity with UAE building codes and regulations (preferred)Willingness to adapt to new technologies and innovative approaches in BIMAdditional Information : About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
