Bim- project coordinator

Salary:Based on ExperienceWe are seeking a BIM Coordinator who will be responsible for managing BIM (Revit, Navisworks, Auto CAD) files and keeping the system up to date through close communication/coordination with subcontractors and the client company.ResponsibilitiesAs a member of our team, you will work closely with the BIM Project Manager and the BIM Technical Team to perform the following tasks:Daily coordination of BIM files of subcontractors and suppliers.Meetings reporting project progress, troubleshooting, and documentation.HVAC, EQUIPMENT, CABLE TRAY, PIPE, Structural, ARCH ModelingExtracting 2 D drawings, BOQ (Schedule)Comparing 2 D and 3 D modelingCreating.rfa files and update/modify in RevitClash checks/ reviewing/ detecting issuesManaging.nwf filesExtracting.nwc, nwd filesDrawing and reviewingRespond to correspondence related to BIM, Proactive communication with subcontractors.Assume other responsibilities as assigned by the Company.QualificationsAt least 3 years (up to 7 years) of related experience.Proven ability to comfortably utilize 3 D modeling programs such as Revit,Navisworks, Auto CAD daily.Experience working with subcontractors.Analytical thinking and demonstrated ability to solve problems.Degree/Diploma in Project Management or Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience Mechanical Detailing, Shop Drawings, Etc.Experience with Revit, Auto CAD is a MUST.Familiarity with Revit Mechanical Families.Good communication skills and leadership skills.Be a team player and have multi-disciplinary co-ordination skills.About Azdah:Founded in 2002 under Saudi Arabia’s General Investment Authority “SAGIA”.
