BIM Modeler Mechanical (PH & Fire)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Modeler specialising in mechanical systems to join our this role you will be responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D models of mechanical systems using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.Develop and maintain complex 3D BIM models for mechanical systems including HVAC plumbing and fire protectionCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper coordination and integration of mechanical systems with other building componentsPerform clash detection and resolve conflicts between mechanical and other building systemsCreate detailed shop drawings and construction documents from BIM modelsEnsure compliance with industry standards building codes and project specificationsParticipate in project meetings and provide technical expertise on BIM-related issuesMentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processesStay updated with the latest BIM technologies and best practices in mechanical engineeringQualifications : Bachelors DegreeRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Atl,CMMS,ABAP,Community Support,CRM,Fleet Experience: years Vacancy: 1
