BIM Modeler Electrical

Key Responsibilities:Develop detailed and accurate electrical BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools.Coordinate with architectural structural and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of models.Prepare and update shop drawings layouts and as-built models as per project requirements.Identify and resolve clashes and discrepancies through BIM coordination and clash detection tools (e.g. Navisworks).Maintain BIM data integrity following company BIM standards and project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).Collaborate with site and design teams to ensure constructability and compliance with UAE codes and standards.Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support project engineers in delivering accurate design documentation.Requirements:Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Minimum 6years of experience as a BIM Modeler in electrical systems for high-rise or residential projects in the UAE.Proficient in Autodesk Revit AutoCAD and Navisworks.Strong understanding of MEP coordination electrical layouts and local construction practices.
