The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on BIM experience, preferably within theGCC construction environment , and the ability to work closely with consultants and contractors.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, update, and manageBIM modelsfor building construction projectsCoordinate withdesign teams, consultants, and contractorsto ensure model accuracy and compliancePerformclash detectionand resolve coordination issues using BIM toolsProduceconstruction drawings, shop drawings, and BIM documentationEnsure BIM models align withproject specifications, standards, and timelinesSupport BIM coordination meetings and design reviewsMaintain organized BIM data and version control throughout the project lifecycleQualifications & ExperienceMinimum6+ years of hands-on BIM experienceinlarge-scale building construction projectsProven experience working withconsultants and contractorsExperience inGCC projectsis highly preferredStrong understanding ofbuilding design and construction processesTechnical SkillsProficient inRevit(discipline-specific)Strong working knowledge ofNavisworks(clash detection & coordination)Familiarity with otherBIM and coordination toolsAbility to read and interpretconstruction and design drawings
