BIM Modeler

We are seeking experienced BIM Modelers across Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, and Structural disciplines to support large-scale building construction projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on BIM experience, preferably within the GCC construction environment, and the ability to work closely with consultants and contractors.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, update, and manage BIM models for building construction projectsCoordinate with design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and compliancePerform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using BIM toolsProduce construction drawings, shop drawings, and BIM documentationEnsure BIM models align with project specifications, standards, and timelinesSupport BIM coordination meetings and design reviewsMaintain organized BIM data and version control throughout the project lifecycleQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 6+ years of hands-on BIM experience in large-scale building construction projectsProven experience working with consultants and contractorsExperience in GCC projects is highly preferredStrong understanding of building design and construction processesTechnical SkillsProficient in Revit (discipline-specific)Strong working knowledge of Navisworks (clash detection & coordination)Familiarity with other BIM and coordination toolsAbility to read and interpret construction and design drawings#J-18808-Ljbffr
