This role reports directly to the Project Director and requires a strong technical background in large-scale construction projects, expertise in optimizing digital workflows, and leadership in digital project delivery.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Oversee BIM implementation across all project phases, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards.</li><li>Lead multi-disciplinary coordination and resolve complex clashes for large-scale infrastructure and building projects.</li><li>Develop and optimize workflows using Dynamo, automation tools, and computational design techniques.</li><li>Lead 4D construction sequencing and integrate infrastructure modeling into project execution.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and supervision to BIM teams across disciplines.</li><li>Collaborate with project management, design, and construction teams to ensure accurate and timely digital deliverables.</li><li>Ensure consistency and quality of BIM outputs, standards, and documentation.</li><li>Monitor emerging technologies and innovative BIM practices to enhance project efficiency.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in BIM management, with a strong portfolio in large-scale or Giga projects.</li><li>Proven expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM platforms.</li><li>Advanced skills in Dynamo, Synchro 4D, and Civil 3D.</li><li>Strong knowledge and experience in applying ISO 19650 standards.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li></ul><h3>Preferred</h3><ul><li>Previous experience as a BIM Manager in a construction company for 3+ years.</li><li>Experience in infrastructure projects and complex 4D construction sequencing.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
