BIM MANAGER

ResponsibilitiesLead the development implementation and management of BIM workflows standards and execution plans.Oversee coordination across multi-disciplinary teams (architectural structural MEP) to ensure design accuracy and clash-free models.Provide BIM leadership and technical guidance to project teams ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.Manage BIM documentation and ensure consistent data flow throughout project lifecycle.Conduct BIM audits quality checks and model reviews to maintain accuracy and efficiency.Liaise with consultants contractors and stakeholders to support project delivery.Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and trends to improve organizational processes.QualificationsBachelors Degree in Architecture or Civil EngineeringMinimum 8-10 years of overall professional experience.Strong track record working in design consultancy firms in the UAE / GCC.Proven BIM management experience on large-scale projects; exposure to 5-star hotel projects is an advantage.Strong experience in the UAE/GCC market with knowledge of regional standards and regulations.Proficiency in BIM software tools (Revit Navisworks etc.) and BIM collaboration platforms.Excellent communication coordination and leadership skills.Currently based in the UAE.Available immediatelyVertical: Digital Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
