BIM Manager - Digital Delivery

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join our innovative team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will lead our Building Information Modelling (BIM) initiatives and drive digital transformation across our construction projects.Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with organizational goals and project requirementsOversee the creation and management of BIM models throughout the project lifecycleCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM processesEstablish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practicesLead and mentor a team of BIM professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvementLiaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordinationAnalyze and optimize BIM workflows to enhance efficiency and productivityConduct regular quality assurance checks on BIM deliverablesStay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in digital constructionProvide technical support and troubleshooting for BIM-related issuesPrepare and deliver BIM training programs for staff and project teamsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related fieldMaster's degree in a related field is advantageousBIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is advantageousMinimum of 8years of experience in BIM management or a related roleProven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects using BIMAdvanced proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit, Navisworks & ACCStrong knowledge of 3D modelling and visualization toolsFamiliarity with project management software and methodologiesIn-depth understanding of BIM standards, best practices, and digital delivery workflowsExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExperience with digital delivery implementation in construction projectsKnowledge of local building codes and regulations in UAEis advantageous#J-18808-Ljbffr
