BIM Lead - Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Lead - Infrastructure to join our innovative team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organisation you will be responsible for leading and managing Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes for complex infrastructure projects.Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows for large-scale infrastructure projectsLead and mentor a team of BIM professionals ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelinesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate BIM processes across all project phasesEstablish and maintain BIM standards protocols and best practicesOversee the creation and management of 3D models ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirementsConduct clash detection analyses and coordinate resolution of issues with relevant stakeholdersLiaise with clients contractors and other project stakeholders to ensure effective BIM implementationStay abreast of the latest BIM technologies and industry trends recommending improvements to current processesProvide technical support and troubleshooting for BIM-related issuesPrepare and deliver BIM training programmes for team members and project partnersQualifications : Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in BIM for infrastructure projectsAdvanced proficiency in BIM software particularly Autodesk Revit and NavisworksProven track record of leading BIM teams on large-scale infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of infrastructure design and construction processesExcellent knowledge of BIM standards protocols and best practicesProficient in 3D modelling coordination and clash detectionFamiliarity with GIS systems and their integration with BIMOutstanding project management and organisational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environmentBIM certification (e.g. Autodesk Certified Professional) is highly desirableDemonstrated experience in BIM implementation and management for infrastructure projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesWillingness to adapt to new technologies and industry developmentsRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Ruby,Disaster Recovery,Active Directory,SOA,Cloud,IaaS,PowerShell,AWS,Infrastructure,Linux,VPN,Hyper-V,VM,IP,Identity Experience: years Vacancy: 1
