BIM Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Lead to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a BIM Lead you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across our projects ensuring efficient collaboration between various disciplines and optimizing project outcomes.Develop and maintain BIM standards protocols and workflows for the organizationLead and coordinate BIM teams across multiple projects ensuring adherence to best practices and project requirementsCollaborate with project managers architects engineers and contractors to integrate BIM processes into project lifecyclesOversee the creation and management of 3D models ensuring accuracy and consistencyConduct clash detection analyses and coordinate resolution of conflicts between different building systemsProvide training and support to team members on BIM software and methodologiesEvaluate and implement new BIM technologies and tools to improve efficiency and productivityEnsure BIM deliverables meet client requirements and industry standardsParticipate in client meetings and presentations to communicate BIM strategies and benefitsMonitor and report on BIM implementation progress and ROI across projectsQualifications : Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 57 years of experience in BIM implementation within the construction or architecture industryAdvanced proficiency in BIM software particularly Autodesk Revit and NavisworksStrong skills in 3D modeling visualization and clash detectionProven experience in project management and team leadershipExcellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detailStrong communication skills both written and verbalBIM certification such as Autodesk Certified Professional is preferredIndepth knowledge of construction processes and architectural/engineering principlesExperience with BIM execution planning and implementation strategiesAbility to work efficiently in a fastpaced collaborative environmentFamiliarity with local building codes and standards in the UAE is a plusAdditional Information : About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
