BIM Electrical Modeler

OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Electrical BIM Modeler to join our team. As an Electrical BIM Modeler you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed Building Information Modeling (BIM) models for electrical systems in various construction projects. You will collaborate closely with engineers, architects and other stakeholders to ensure that electrical designs are integrated seamlessly into the overall building design.ResponsibilitiesMinimum 5 years of experience in drafting of electrical works in consultant companies.Professional and expert user for Revit Navisworks and AutoCAD Professional and expert user for Revit Navisworks and AutoCAD.Clash detection & Clash report communication to the design team.Multiple Revit model coordination.Preparation of Design drawings such as Lighting Power Containments Layouts Lightning Protection Earthing Layout Fire Alarm.Preparation of Cable Tray/Trunking sizing containment coordination & MEP coordination.Responsible for detailing schematics and assisting engineers with problem-solving and co-ordination with other services Architectural Structural Mechanical and Plumbing.QualificationsBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Architecture or related field.Proven experience as a BIM Modeler with a focus on electrical systems in construction projects.Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit AutoCAD MEP Navisworks and other related tools.Strong understanding of electrical systems codes and standards.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification is a plus.Relevant certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) are desirable.Additional InformationWhat We’re Looking For:On-Role Long-Term OpportunityImmediate Joiners Preferred5 years of experience in respective BIM disciplinesProficiency in Autodesk Revit Navisworks AutoCAD and BIM 360Strong clash detection & coordination expertiseKnowledge of Middle East building codes & standards (LOD 200-500)Excellent problem-solving & teamwork skillsCompliance with policies and procedures based on the ISO standards adopted by CNS.Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
