OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator with direct experience working on infrastructure projects (roads utilities rail and bridges) to join our team in Dubai.As a BIM Coordinator you will play a crucial role in managing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for large-scale infrastructure projects throughout the region.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate BIM activities across multidisciplinary teams ensuring seamless integration of various design elementsDevelop and maintain BIM execution plans standards and workflows for infrastructure projectsPerform clash detection resolve conflicts and optimize designs using advanced BIM softwareCollaborate with project stakeholders to ensure BIM models meet project requirements and deadlinesConduct regular BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support to team membershigh-quality 3D visualizations and simulations for client presentations and project reviewsImplement and maintain quality control processes for BIM deliverablesStay updated on the latest BIM technologies and best practices in infrastructure design and constructionEnsure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAEQualificationsMinimum of 8 years of professional experience with proven expertise in delivering infrastructure projects using BIM in accordance with ISO 19650 standards.Proficiency in BIM software including Autodesk Revit Navisworks and Civil 3DStrong understanding of 3D modeling visualization techniques and infrastructure design principlesExtensive knowledge of construction processes and project lifecyclesExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teamsBIM certification such as Autodesk Certified Professional is preferredExperience with large-scale infrastructure projectsIn-depth knowledge of BIM standards and best practicesFamiliarity with local building codes and regulations in GCCAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
