BIM Coordinator

Coordinate architectural BIM models with structural MEP and other disciplines.Conduct clash detection using software such as Navisworks and resolve coordination issues.Lead BIM coordination meetings and prepare coordination reports.Develop and maintain LOD-compliant architectural models as per project requirements.Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company BIM standards.Perform regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and completeness.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelors Degree in Architecture or related field.58 years of experience in architectural design and BIM coordination.Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Navisworks and AutoCAD.Strong knowledge of BIM workflows LOD requirements and clash detection processes.Experience in large-scale residential commercial or mixed-use projects.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Corporate Risk Management,Electronics,Infection Control,Bakery,ELV,Accident Investigation Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
