BIM Automation Lead

We are seeking an innovative and experienced BIM Automation Lead to join our team in Dubai United Arab this role you will spearhead the development and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) automation strategies enhancing our organizations efficiency and capabilities in the AEC industry.Lead the development and implementation of BIM automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve productivityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automationDesign develop and maintain custom scripts and tools using programming languages such as Python and C#Leverage visual programming tools like Dynamo and Grasshopper to create advanced BIM workflowsEstablish and enforce BIM standards and best practices across projectsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to the BIM teamStay current with emerging BIM technologies and industry trendsConduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team members BIM automation skillsLiaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver tailored BIM solutionsEnsure compliance with local building codes and standards in the UAEQualifications :Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or a related fieldBIM certification (e.g. Autodesk Certified Professional)Minimum 5-7 years of experience in BIM implementation and automationAdvanced knowledge of BIM software including Autodesk Revit and NavisworksProficiency in programming languages such as Python and C#Experience with visual programming tools like Dynamo and GrasshopperStrong understanding of BIM standards and workflowsProven track record in developing and implementing BIM automation solutionsExperience leading and mentoring technical teamsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication and leadership abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of the AEC (Architecture Engineering and Construction) industryFamiliarity with local building codes and standards in the UAEWillingness to work in Dubai United Arab EmiratesRemote Work :NoEmployment Type :Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
