Job Description Key Responsibilities Invoice Generation: Prepare, issue, and track accurate, timely invoices for customers, distributors, and retail partners. Cash and Payments: Manage daily sales cash counting, reconcile transactions, and post payments to accounting systems. Accounts Management: Handle accounts payable/receivable, ensuring prompt collection of payments from vendors and clients. Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate payment discrepancies, handle billing inquiries, and resolve errors in transactions. Inventory & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory, verify data, and prepare daily/monthly billing, sales, and MIS reports.
