As part of their continued growth and commitment to excellence, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual (Arabic and English) Partner to join their team as the Head of Litigation at their Abu Dhabi branch.Job Description:As the Bilingual (Arabic & English) Partner – Head of Litigation, you will play a pivotal role in our firm's continued success and growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an accomplished legal professional with a strong background in litigation and a proven track record in building and managing a robust book of business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Litigation department in our Abu Dhabi branch, overseeing a team of skilled attorneys and support staff.Develop and implement strategic initiatives to grow the Litigation practice area.Serve as a trusted legal advisor to clients, providing expert counsel on complex litigation matters.Manage a substantial book of business and work proactively to expand client relationships.Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm to offer comprehensive legal solutions to clients.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and maintain the highest ethical standards.Represent clients in court, arbitration, and other dispute resolution forums when required.Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends, sharing knowledge within the firm.QualificationsMinimum of 8‑10 years of experience practicing law within a law firm, with a focus on litigation.Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.Strong business development skills with a proven ability to generate and retain clients.Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.Thorough understanding of UAE and regional legal systems and regulations.Exceptional research, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.Admission to practice law in Abu Dhabi and other relevant jurisdictions is preferred.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.CompensationCompetitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and other perks.Join the team at Law Firm and become a key player in their mission to provide top‑tier legal services to clients.
