Bilingual Paralegal

Charterhouse is working with a subsidiary of an Abu Dhabi based investment firm who are looking to hire a Bilingual Paralegal, fluent in both Arabic and English. Within the position you will be responsible for studying documents, contracts, MoU’s and letters from a legal standpoint and will assist in the drafting of standard legal agreements and contracts relating to various business aspects. You will also assist Seniors in the process of research and drafting, provide clarifications and answer routine queries on general legal matters concerning the organisation. It is imperative that you are up to date with developments in relevant aspects of law and wish to develop your own skills. Other duties will involve managing the workflow of internal legal requests, updating the internal legal databases and becoming a trusted liaison between legal and non legal personnel.The successful candidate should have a minimum of three years experience within a large law firm or in-house legal department and should hold a bachelors Degree, ideally within Law. It is imperative that you are bilingual in Arabic and English as this role will involve drafting and writing in legal Arabic. Experience within manufacturing and defence would be advantageous. You should have excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail and good research and writing skills.
