Bids Marketing Coordinator

ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals ensuring alignment with client requirements.Work closely with discipline leads (structural civil MEP architecture, etc.) to gather and refine technical inputs.Develop bid strategies and methodologies that differentiate the company from competitors.Ensure all submissions meet compliance formatting and quality standards.Assist in preparing risk assessments, value propositions and alternative solutions where required and documenting lessons learnt.Liaise with clients, internal teams and external partners to clarify project scope, technical details and bid requirements.Work alongside the Bid Manager to define winning strategies for key opportunities.Review tender documents, specifications and requirements to ensure accurate responses.Ensure technical documentation is clear, concise and tailored to client needs.Develop and maintain a library of high-quality bid content including case studies, benchmarking, etc.Strong technical writing skills with the ability to translate complex engineering concepts into compelling proposals.Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in large-scale infrastructure, transportation or building projects.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.At Surbana Jurong we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
