The role ensures all deals are commercially viable, policy‑compliant, risk‑managed, and margin protective, while supporting business growth across government and strategic customers.This is a 12‑month contract position.Key ResponsibilitiesBid & Proposal ManagementLead the end‑to‑end process for RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and direct negotiations.Own pricing strategy, cost build‑ups, margin structuring, and commercial assumptions.Coordinate with Business Development, Technical, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams to submit compliant, competitive bids.Pricing & Commercial GovernanceDevelop and validate pricing models for projects, IP licensing, managed services, etc.Ensure compliance with pricing policies, minimum margin thresholds, and approval authorities.Commercial Proposal DevelopmentPrepare clear and executable technical and commercial proposals covering pricing, payment terms, milestones, technical scope, schedules, assumptions, exclusions, and change control mechanisms.Support senior management approvals with commercial summaries and financial analysis.Contract Development & NegotiationLead commercial contract structuring in collaboration with Business development and Legal.Own commercial terms including pricing mechanisms, payment milestones, indexation, and change management.Participate in customer and partner negotiations within approved commercial parameters.Risk & Stakeholder ManagementIdentify and mitigate commercial, financial, and contractual risks.Coordinate the IP due diligence and risk mitigation strategies for the project along with legal, technical and Business development team.Act as a trusted commercial advisor to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.Minimum Qualifications8–12+ years’ experience in commercial management, pricing, contracts, or bid managementStrong expertise in pricing, costing, margin management, and financial modellingExperience in technology, engineering, consulting, or government‑facing environments preferredSolid understanding of commercial contracts and negotiationBachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Law, or related fieldHow To ApplyAre you ready to embark on an exciting journey with VentureOne?
