Bid Manager

Main Tasks and ResponsibilitiesThe following duties are normal for this position. The omission of specific statements of the duties does not exclude them from the classification if the work is similar related or a logical assignment for this classification.EssentialFunctionsDevelops capture strategies and manages timelines to meet and exceeds monthly quarterly and yearly sales targets.Manages activities from identification to award that will enable the growth of sales.Refines and progresses the capture plan.Performs detailed analysis of RFP documents to assess requirements and prepares questions for clarifications sent to the client.Strategizes development including potential team member selection and roles.Establishes timed gates for bid/no bid reviews and Bid decision reviews.Establishes and maintains price to win including supporting analysis.Develops a detailed compliance matrix and schedule outlining the entire proposal process through proposal delivery.Develops the Bid strategy.Communicates with the team so they understand how to price and compile a winning / competitive proposal.Assists or leads development of an Executive Summary draft to support proposal.Leads the team through the opportunity as a key point of contact communicating customer key requirements customer sensitivities and potential risks.Identifies the resources needed to pursue a business opportunity; oversees bid strategies pricing teaming and proposal strategies; and manage the transition from business opportunity to proposal development to award.Leads the creation management and distribution of targeted indepth information and analysis of assigned opportunities.Identifies qualifies researches builds and provides detailed analyses of assigned major procurements and programs.Develops in cooperation with the team proposal themes and messages.Serves as the customer advocate during reviews to bring the voice of the customer into planning and strategy sessions.Provides guidance to the proposal team writers in preparing the technical components of the proposal by reviewing initial section outlines to ensure that all RFP requirements are incorporated.Establishes templates and standards for proposal look and feel writing style and layout with the assistance of the graphics staff.Additional FunctionsSubstitutes for other coworkers during their temporary absence; provides guidance training and/or assistance to other department personnel.Personally responsible for protecting paper records computer records and other device associated with confidential public health information or data.Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable UAE labour laws at all times.Participates in regular quality audits by ensuring compliance of evidence/documents at all times.Required from time to time to undertake other duties of similar nature as reasonably required by the line manager.Required Experience:Manager#J-18808-Ljbffr
