This is a pivotal role for someone who brings both technical depth and the ability to lead the end-to-end bid process from initial scoping to final proposal delivery.You will be responsible for working with senior architects, delivery teams and commercial leads to design compelling technology solutions for enterprise clients while managing and owning the development of proposals, propositions and PoVs that define our value to clients.Roles & ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & Technical DesignCollaborate with senior architects and solution teams to design enterprise technology solutions aligned with client needs.Contribute to solution architectures involving cloud, cyber, automation, AI/ML, RPA and traditional IT environments.Ensure solution integrity, scalability and alignment with managed/shared services models.Bid Management & Proposal DevelopmentOwn the bid process end to end from intake through planning, coordination, writing and submission.Act as the primary penholder for all technology-managed services proposals, propositions and proof‑of‑value (PoV) documents.Translate complex technical designs into clear, compelling value propositions and client‑facing materials.Ensure high‑quality, timely responses to RFPs, RFIs and proactive proposals.Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with technology architects, commercial and pricing teams, delivery leads and SMEs to develop integrated solutions.Align internal stakeholders around timelines, content needs and delivery milestones.Support pursuit teams during orals, workshops and client interactions.Expected Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of IT service delivery models including shared/managed services, cloud, cyber and digital platforms.Experience in bid management or pre‑sales preferably in a consulting or managed services environment.Exceptional written communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously, prioritize deadlines and lead under pressure.Comfortable operating in fast‑paced collaborative environments with senior‑level stakeholders.A proactive mindset with attention to detail, ownership mentality and a hunger to win.Required Language SkillsProficient in written and spoken English.Arabic is a plus.Minimum Years Experience Required10 years of experience in enterprise technology solutioning architecture or managed service.Required ExperienceManager#J-18808-Ljbffr
