Bid & Estimation Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Bid & Estimation Manager to join our team in Dammam. This is a pivotal role for a professional who thrives on the intersection of technical risk assessment, financial precision, and competitive strategy—specifically within the Catering and Support Services industry.As our Bid & Estimation Manager, you will lead the charge in researching key bid components, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring our proposals remain both innovative and profitable.What You’ll Be Doing:Strategy & Opportunity: Identifying and reviewing bid opportunities that align with our growth objectives and developing winning bidding strategies.Financial Estimation: Performing project cost estimations and leading the company’s annual budgeting exercise.Proposal Leadership: Writing and compiling comprehensive bid packages while overseeing the entire bidding lifecycle.Risk & Negotiation: Conducting deep-dive commercial risk assessments and liaising with procurement to negotiate the best terms with vendors and contractors.Collaboration: Working cross-functionally with Sales and Operations to ensure our bids meet client needs and exceed expectations.What We’re Looking For:Experience: 7 to 9+ years of proven experience as a Bid Manager or Writer (Catering industry experience is a must).Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics.Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Saudi Arabian procurement laws and the catering services landscape.Core Skills: Exceptional negotiation, analytical thinking, and the ability to meet strict deadlines in a high-stakes environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
