Job Description As a member of the Global Finance & Business Management team at JPMorgan Chase & Co., you will play a crucial role in supporting applications, establishing relationships with stakeholders, and analyzing program performance. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting applications with system integration, test planning, scripting, and troubleshooting. - Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts. - Defining specifications, developing programs, modifying existing programs, and preparing test data. - Analyzing program and application performance using various programming languages and tools. - Identifying process improvement areas and recommending approaches. - Partnering with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to convert business requirements to wireframes/design. - Working on agile improvements by sharing experiences and knowledge with the team. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - 5 to 8 years of experience in SQL Development. - Proficiency in SQL coding, Stored Procedures in SQL Server, and building ETL through SSIS. - Ability to write complicated yet efficient SQL queries and stored procedures. - Experience in query optimization and performance tuning of stored procedures/ETL packages. - Experience in API layer, end-to-end implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) reports & dashboards. - Proficiency in developing Dashboards using Tableau. - Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Git/Bit Bucket, Jenkins/Jules, and other DevOps tools. - Knowledge of ETL tools like Alteryx scripting using Python and BI/Visualization tools like Tableau will be an added advantage. - Exposure to cloud technologies will be advantageous. - Bachelors Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Engineering. A different field of study with significant professional experience in Software Development is also acceptable.
