As the Bell Captain, you will lead our bell staff team and ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the bell staff team, including scheduling, training, mentoring, and maintaining high service standardsConduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team membersManage guest experiences, including greeting, luggage handling, room escorts, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractionsCoordinate with other departments, such as Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Concierge, to ensure seamless guest services and resolve issues promptlyMonitor lobby cleanliness, maintain guest luggage security, and manage bell service equipmentImplement and maintain an efficient luggage tracking system to ensure proper handling and delivery of guest belongingsAssist with special events, VIP arrangements, and promote hotel services to guestsDevelop and implement strategies to upsell hotel services and enhance guest satisfactionMaintain accurate records of guest services, team performance, and departmental expensesEnsure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and local lawsConduct regular inspections of bell carts, luggage storage areas, and other equipment to ensure proper maintenance and cleanlinessStay updated on industry trends and implement innovative practices to enhance the guest experienceQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of experience in a front office or bell service role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting, with demonstrated leadership skillsExcellent knowledge of Dubai's attractions, culture, and transportation systemsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer serviceFluency in English; additional languages are a plusStrong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detailPhysical stamina to handle luggage and stand for extended periodsProfessional appearance and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
