Offer product demonstrations and samples to help customers make informed decisions.Sales & Product Promotion: Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling. Stay updated on promotions and ensure attractive product displays.Product Knowledge: Keep up with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products. Gain deep knowledge of the brand's products, features, and benefits. Educate customers on product use, techniques, and aftercare.Inventory Management: Maintain an organized and fully stocked product display. Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management. Assist with restocking and merchandising.Customer Relationship Building: Build long-term customer relationships to encourage loyalty.
