As the face of our brand you will be responsible for providing expert makeup advice and driving sales of our makeup products. You will act as the go-to beauty expert for our customers on the shop floor helping them find the perfect shades textures and products to suit their individual needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional personalized customer service by engaging with consumers and understanding their beauty preferences and needs.Act as amakeup expert demonstrating application techniques and offering tailored product recommendations in makeup.Build and maintain strong knowledge ofCoty makeup productsas well as competitor offerings to confidently advise and differentiate the brand in front of customers.Drive sales by achieving personal and store targets while ensuring strong product visibility at point-of-sale.Stay updated on emerging beauty trends and usage techniques to inspire customers and enhance their overall shopping experience.Ensure thehighest standards of presentation and merchandisingon the shop floor in line with brand guidelines.Support with stock management tester replenishment and hygiene compliance within the allocated outlet.Build lasting relationships with clients by capturing their preferences for amemorable luxury retail experience.Requirements and SkillsPrior experience as a Beauty Advisor Makeup Artist or similar role in beauty retail with a strong demonstrable focus on selling face makeup.Strong passion formakeup beauty trends and customer service.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customers.Makeup artistry background or formal training is an advantage.Confident in demonstrating products and providing expert advice on makeup application and shade matching.Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.Required Experience:Unclear Seniority#J-18808-Ljbffr
