Job Description

Position ObjectiveThe position is responsible to represent the brand by maximizing and contributing to the sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform various operational duties such as store maintenance and visual presentation standards as assigned by the store manager / assistant store managerMust possess knowledge of varied cosmetics products and accessoriesDemonstrate excellent make‑up selling skillsRecommend and link customer specific productsIdentify customer requirements and deliver excellent customer servicesBrand representation at the required standards with updated product knowledge and minimized stock lossEnsure all stock is laid out and displayed in order to attract customers and as per standard layout normsEnsure awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store without any negligenceEnsure the highest standards of housekeeping standardsHandle the POS (Point of Sale) / Billing CounterGreet the customers and assist them in selecting the right productMust be presentable and well‑groomed at all the timesTally money in the cash during the beginning / end of the shiftsProcess the payments by cash / credit cards / vouchers / automatic debitsIssue receipts / refunds / change to the customers correctlyConvert the window shoppers to ultimate buyersPromote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program of the company for repeat salesFlexible to work for extended hours during the Sale / Festival periodRecord the inventory inward / outward and maintain the report of the sameMust be updated about the various brands of the group for suggestive selling to the customers#J-18808-Ljbffr
