The Beauty Advisor is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and providing expert advice on beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and fragrances. The role aims to achieve sales targets while maintaining a strong brand image and ensuring customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and offer assistance in selecting suitable beauty products based on their needs and preferences.Provide professional product demonstrations and beauty consultations.Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.Maintain excellent product knowledge across all categories (skincare, makeup, fragrance, etc.).Ensure shelves and product displays are clean, organized, and fully stocked.Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally.Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.Stay up to date with new product launches, beauty trends, and techniques.Qualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; certification in beauty or cosmetology is an advantage.Proven experience in retail, cosmetics, or customer service.Strong knowledge of beauty products and skin types.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for beauty and personal care.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.#J-18808-Ljbffr
