Job Description
Business Development and Marketing RepresentativeThe BD & Marketing Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and sales. This role involves conducting market research, developing strategic plans, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and representing the company at industry events.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through B2B meetings and client engagementSupport in acquiring new clients in coordination with the SMP MPSD teamMaintain and strengthen relationships with existing clientsAct as a focal point for contract review and scope of work discussionsAssist in preparing and reviewing contract documentation, proposals, and bid evaluationsHandle client interactions through platforms such as SAP AribaSupport contract initiation and ensure smooth onboarding of new projectsPrepare periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual) on business performanceCoordinate internally to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field2 - 4 years of experience in Business Development or Marketing, preferably in the oil & gas or related industriesStrong communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience working in the GCC region is a plusB2BClient meetings and generating new clients by having B2B meetingsSupport SMP MPSD department to secure new clientsMaintain relations with existing clientsFocal personal to have contract & scope of work reviewGood knowledge on contract documentation (scope & bid evaluation)Using sap Ariba portal for client inquiriesGood experience in contract inhalationPreparing monthly, quarterly & half-yearly progresses reportsGood experience in service industrySkillsStrong communication and negotiation skillsBusiness development mindsetGood analytical and reporting skillsAbility to manage multiple clients and priorities#J-18808-Ljbffr
