A high degree of product knowledge is necessary in order to confidently recommend and up-sell the various products on offer.Your day-to-day workWelcome, interact and communicate with guests & colleagues in a courteous, friendly and clear mannerTake, prepare and serve guest orders with accuracy while promoting and up-selling all products focused on maximizing sales in order to drive sales and meet outlet targetsClear and clean the bar in a professional mannerMaintain stock accurately, handle point-of-sale transactions, maintain cleanliness of outlet at all timesEnsure that company Health and Safety policies are followed and adhered to; train all new team membersWhat are we looking for?Education and ExperienceIdeally your background will be from the hotel/F&B industry and worked as a Bartender for a minimum of 1 year in a 3-star or above category hotelFluent English is a must and other languages would be an advantageSkills and Competencies\Customer focusPassionTeamworkIntegrityOwnershipPlanning and organizingAnalytical thinkingGood communicationWhat we offerAt Premier Inn you will have a competitive benefits package, rewards and recognition.
