Capital Motion owns and operates some of the leading licensed restaurants in the UAE and we are currently hiring. Our available jobs are related to restaurant operations, including F&B service, waitresses/waiters, hostesses, kitchen and bar operations as well as venue management.All our jobs offer a complete package with residence visa, accommodation, transportation, annual paid vacation, health insurance in addition to basic salary.Job DescriptionPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes.Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.Take drink orders from customers or wait staff and serve them promptly.Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.Maintain cleanliness of bar area, including counters, equipment, and utensils.Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and customer service guidelines.Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.Manage bar opening and closing duties.QualificationsProven experience as a bartender.Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixing techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.High school diploma or equivalent; bartending certification is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
