Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and service standardsDeliver friendly professional and efficient guest serviceMaintain excellent knowledge of bar products cocktails and garnishesEnsure bar cleanliness organization and proper display of beveragesHandle cashiering stock control and minimize wastageFollow opening and closing procedures of the barAssist with training of new staff and support banqueting duties when requiredMaintain high standards of personal appearance hygiene and punctualityComply with hotel policies safety regulations and local legislationWork flexibly based on operational and business needsQualifications : Minimum 12 years experience in bar service beverage preparation or as a bartender (hotel or restaurant environment preferred) Good knowledge of cocktail recipes spirits wines and beverage service standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented attitude Presentable confident and professional appearance Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist other departments when needed Flexible availability including evenings weekends and public holidays Cash handling and POS experience an advantage Understanding of hygiene safety and responsible alcohol service Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness organization and inventory control Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
