Barista job in Abu-Dhabi UAEresponsibilities, qualifications and benefits.Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, preparing and serving beverages as well as generally providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous barista experience, a strong customer service orientation and an appreciation of the hospitality industry.Responsibilities:The duties of a Barista include but are not limited to:- Greet customers and take their orders;- Prepare coffee drinks such as cappuccinos, espressos, lattes;- Adhere to all recipes and preparation techniques;- Ensure all beverages meet company standards;- Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times;- Assist with maintaining inventory levels of coffee beans, milk and other supplies;- Meet revenue goals by promoting specialty drinks or products;- Answer customer questions regarding ingredients or menu items.Qualifications:The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:- Previous barista experience is preferred;- Excellent customer service skills;- Ability to work in a fast paced environment; - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and any other language is a plus; - Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally; - Ability to stand for extended periods of time.Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of 1200 per month along with generous benefits including health insurance, vacation time off and paid holidays off.
