The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing techniques.We are looking for someone who can deliver excellent service to our customers, both in terms of quality and speed. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and provide friendly service to each customer.ResponsibilitiesPreparing specialty coffees using manual and automated methodsMaintaining professional standards of customer service during peak timesProviding customers with information on products availableEnsuring that all station areas are clean and organized at all timesAccepting cash payments from customersPackaging and labeling products accuratelyMaintaining records of orders taken by customers and ensuring that all orders are fulfilled correctlyAdhering to health & safety regulations at all times.QualificationsA minimum of 1 year experience in the field or related area is preferred but not essentialKnowledgeable about specialty coffee drinks & brewing methodsOutstanding customer service skillsAbility to multi-task & work efficiently under pressureProfessional attitude & courteous demeanorExcellent communication skills in English (Arabic is desirable)Basic understanding of health & safety regulationsWillingness to adapt quickly to changing situationsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamThis position offers an attractive salary of 1200 AED per month.We welcome applications from foreigners who meet the required criteria.#J-18808-Ljbffr
