As a Barista you will be responsible for creating exceptional coffee experiences for our guests while maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment.</p><ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks including espresso-based beverages, drip coffee, and specialty drinks</li><li>Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately</li><li>Operate and maintain espresso machines coffee grinders, and other cafe equipment</li><li>Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to food safety and hygiene standards</li><li>Recommend and upsell coffee products and cafe menu items</li><li>Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations and excellent customer service</li><li>Stay updated on coffee trends and share product knowledge with customers</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Previous experience as a barista preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and cafe operations</li><li>Proficiency in operating espresso machines and other cafe equipment</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality</li><li>Basic math skills and cash handling experience</li><li>Food handling certification preferred</li><li>Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds</li><li>Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays</li><li>Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><h3>Remote Work</h3><p>No</p><h3>Employment Type</h3><p>Full-time</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
