We offer an attractive salary of 900 AED, and are open to considering candidates from abroad.As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing coffee drinks, serving customers and maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe. Specifically, you will be expected to:Take orders from customers and prepare requested beveragesEnsure that all beverages are prepared in accordance with company standardsEducate customers on the menu items and explain their ingredientsClean and maintain equipment, including grinders, espresso machines, etc.Follow health and safety regulations when handling foodMaintain a professional attitude when interacting with customersStock products as neededProvide excellent customer service in order to ensure customer satisfactionFollow cash handling procedures according to company policiesTo qualify for this role as a Barista, you should have minimal work experience. You must also possess excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to work quickly under pressure. Knowledge of coffee beans or roasting is an asset but not required.
