The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of the Saudi barbershop market and be capable of delivering high-quality professional services while managing work efficiently.For Barbershop ManagerFull supervision of daily barbershop operations.Managing the barber team and organizing work schedules.Ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.Monitoring cleanliness, sterilization, and compliance with health standards.Managing inventory, tools, and supplies.Handling customer complaints professionally and effectively.Contributing to business development and increasing sales.For Professional BarberProviding all barbering and men’s grooming services at a high professional level.Performing modern and classic haircuts according to customer requests.Beard care and grooming using the latest techniques.Complying with hygiene and sterilization standards.Building strong relationships with clients and retaining them.Working as part of a team and adhering to barbershop policies.Requirements and QualificationsVery high level of experience in barbering (preferably 5 years or more).Proven experience in the Saudi barbershop market.Currently residing in Saudi Arabia (mandatory).Ability to work with all hair types and styles.Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.Ability to work under pressure.Commitment and discipline at work.All Arab nationalities are welcome to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
