We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team and provide top-notch grooming services to our diverse clientele. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for Egyptian nationals, but all nationalities are welcome to apply.As our Barber, you will be responsible for providing a range of grooming services such as haircuts, beard trims, and shaves using various techniques and tools. You should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.ResponsibilitiesGreet clients and discuss their desired hairstyles or beard stylesProvide professional advice on the best grooming options based on clients' hair type and face shapeUse clippers, scissors, razors, and other tools to cut and style hair or facial hairPerform shampooing, conditioning, and scalp massages as neededKeep work stations clean and sanitized at all timesHandle cash payments and maintain accurate records of services providedStay updated on current trends in men's grooming and attend training sessions as requiredRequirementsProven experience as a Barber in a salon or barbershop settingExcellent knowledge of various hair cutting techniques, including fades, undercuts, etc.Proficiency in using barbering tools such as clippers, scissors, razors, etc.Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from different backgroundsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailMust be able to stand for long periods of time and work flexible hours including weekendsOfferWe offer competitive compensation of $1,000 per month plus commission on services provided.
